Bah Humbugs
Following a number of nostalgic conversations with friends about childhood sweets, Bah Humbugs, based in Masham, North Yorkshire, was launched in 2004 by proprietor Lucy Scott Paul "Sweets evoke such happy memories for everyone, and we couldn't believe it when we realised that all the sweets we loved as children seemed to have disappeared. After some investigation we discovered the sweets were actually still being made, so i decided to open a haven for all
sweet fanatics - and Bah Humbugs was born!"
Bah Humbugs came to Pink Digital in early 2005 after having an unsuccessful foray into online sales with another web company. The primary aim of the project was to develop another revenue stream for the Bah Humbugs sweet shop to carry the business through the quieter times of the year, after their tourist trade has left.
The online shop was launched in March 2005 to satisfy the demand for repeat orders from regular customers in the UK and now Bah Humbugs has a large loyal Worldwide customer base. Over time we have upgraded the site to include links to social networks, added our one-step checkout and a bespoke sweet rating system.
