Amber Promotions is a licensee for official Top Gear merchandise. The range includes a number of different Tshirt designs, briefcases, umbrellas, key rings, baseball caps other assorted clothing branded with Top Gear logos and slogans

The Requirement
To provide a secure, reliable e-commerce platform for the sale of official merchandise for the BBC TV programme Top Gear.

The Project
Following a detailed analysis by Pink Digital of the Amber Promotions requirements the web site was developed with easy of use in mind, whilst remaining true to the BBC TopGear brand. We developed an e-commerce solution which was easy to manage in-house and included the features which were important to the client such as display of large product images.

Using the system, Amber Promotions can add, delete and edit their products; add product images with automatic resizing and thumbnail creation and easily manage pricing, VAT, delivery costs, generate invoices with integrated labels and the facility to send regular emails to mailing list subscribers.

The Result
The site has been a huge success, converting No1 page rank in Google into high sales volume.
