How the migration works

Step 1 — Discovery Call
We chat about where you’re at now, what’s not working, and what your future store needs to do. You get clarity, not a pitch.

Step 2 — Audit & Plan
I dive into your current setup and map out what’s being moved, what needs refining, and how we’ll structure it all in Shopify.

Step 3 — Data Migration
I move everything safely — products, orders, content, customers — and double-check it all before we go live.

Step 4 — Bespoke Theme Design & Build
No templates here. I’ll design and develop a custom Shopify theme that matches your brand — fast, clean, and built to convert.

Step 5 — Redirects & SEO Setup
All old URLs will point to their new homes. Your metadata and SEO structure will carry over, so you don’t lose rankings or traffic.

Step 6 — Launch & Support
Once everything’s tested, we launch. I stick around after, so you're not left figuring it out alone.
